Restaurant Colonnade in Luzern

Wir waren in der Weihnachtszeit im hervorragenden Mandarin und haben dann auch im Colonnade gespeist. Es ist ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Die Speisen waren von bester Qualität und geschmacklich ausgezeichnet. Alle Gänge des Tasting-Menüs waren ganz wunderbar. Die korrespondierenden Weine waren allesamt fantastisch (hervorragende Weinkarte). Der Service war stets präsent, ohne aufdringlich zu sein, sehr freundlich, höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Gilad Peled und sein Team kreieren in diesem wunderbaren Restaurant eine Atmospähre in der man sich komplett entspannen kann um die kulinarischen Highlights zu geniessen. Ein einzigartiges Erlebnis.

An exquisite dining experience from start to finish - each dish not only delicious, but also visually appealing as well. Everyone was lovely and so welcoming. The tour of the kitchen was a nice touch. Will absolutely be back again!

The service staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make our experience amazing, 10 million stars for them! Food was delicious and the sparkling tea was a surprisingly good recommendation. Some of our favorites were the tomato dish, the house made bread and butter, the unassuming palette cleansing sorbet, and the crab with a generous addition of caviar.

Great experience. Best restaurant in switzerland. Creative and talented chef , kind and professional team. We had an amazing evening , will come back soon.

Celebrating our 31st anniversary. Couldn’t have chosen a better venue. From the moment we entered the service was exceptional to the detail. Only problem with the food is that they were too beautiful. My wife and I just sat there looking at each masterpiece wondering if we should really eat them. Once we did the beauty revealed such wonderful favors to our pallet. The evening concluded with what I call death by chocolate. WOW! Upon our exit the staff greeted us with one more surprise to take up to our room. Thank you for all the details and memories we will hold dearly. Robert & Mercy .

What set Colonnade apart was the kitchen team's extraordinary attention to detail. Not only did they create dishes with seasonal ingredients that exploded with amazing flavors, but they also presented them with a level of artistry that was truly remarkable. The plating was a work of art in itself. I highly recommend trying the egg dish and definitely not to miss out on the cheese trolley with 40!!!! cheeses. What truly stood out was when the kitchen team came to our table to serve each dish, adding a personal touch to every course. To top it off, they invited us for a kitchen tour, which was a delightful behind-the-scenes look at their creative process. It's no surprise that Colonnade has earned its Michelin star. This restaurant offers a culinary experience that is unparalleled in every aspect. I can't recommend it highly enough – a must-visit for anyone seeking an unforgettable fine dining experience.
