Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Sehr schmackhaftes Essen zu wirklich fairen Preisen, das war eine tolle Überraschung. Mit Liebe gemachtes Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten. Ein schöner Ort zum Übernachten, Verweilen und Genießen am Rothaarsteig. Ein großes Lob und Dankeschön. Abends, nachts und morgens schön ruhig, da noch keine Motorräder unterwegs.

Wundervolle Gastfreundschaft! Nach einer Etappe auf dem Rothaarsteig übernachteten wir im Zur Hahnenquelle – ein herzliches Willkommen! Obwohl das Restaurant eigentlich geschlossen war, zauberten die Gastgeber eine köstliche (auf Wunsch vegetarische) Pasta mit hausgemachtem Dessert. Ein großes Lob an die freundlichen Besitzer! Die Zimmer sind geräumig, makellos sauber und sehr komfortabel. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend – sehr liebevoll zubereitet, komplett und mit vielen hausgemachten Produkten. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben hier einen kurzen Boxenstop auf der Motorradtour eingelegt. Natürlich (aus dem Ruhrpott kommend) musste es den „Klassiker““ geben (Currywurst, Pommes, Mayo) dazu ein alkoholfreies Weizen. Extrem lecker, schneller Service, sehr freundliche Bedienung, alles sauber und ausgesprochen zum Wohl fühlen
