Gerhard S.Wir konnten uns heute Abend von einem ausgezeichneten Küchenteam verwöhnen lassen. Haute Cusine. Im Verwalter passt einfach alles. Küchenabläufe ruhig und routiniert, ausgezeichnete Speisekarte, inspirierende Auswahl dank regionaler Produkte . Hier ist man nicht Gast, hier ist man ein Freund. Danke👏👍🙏

Michael E.Wir waren 3 Paare und hatten zum Abendessen reserviert. Der Tisch war auf der Terrasse schön eingedeckt. Wir fühlten uns vom Service sofort willkommen. Wir haben uns für das 4-Gänge-Menü entschieden (95 €). Jeder Gang war von der Zubereitung, Anrichtung auf dem Teller und geschmacklich sehr gut. Der Service war „gut aufgelegt, locker und angenehm humorvoll. Wir fühlten uns zu jeder Zeit sehr gut betreut. Es gibt eine unglaublich gute Weinkarte. Wir hatten einen außergewöhnlich schönen und gelungenen Abend. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, wenn wir wieder in Dornbirn sind. Hier nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team!🙏
Quelle: GoogleImmer wieder ein Genuss. Beim Mittagsmenü ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis trotz gehobener Preise sehr gut. Das Fleisch ist von sensationeller Qualität. Lachsforellenfilet, Gemüse, alles sehr fein. Desserts und Weinbegleitung stimmig. Service angenehm höflich leger. Publikum etwas gestelzt, aber das kann einem ja egal sein. 👍
