Nach einem langen Ausflugstag haben wir uns eine "echte" Pekingente als 3-Gänge Menü gegönnt. So habe ich Pekingente bisher noch nie gegessen, mega lecker und vom Chef-Koch persönlich am Tisch tranchiert. War auf jeden Fall mein kulinarisches Highlight des Jahres.

Quelle: GoogleEs war uns zwei Abende ein großes Vergnügen. Und der Hammer war die Pekingente am 2. Abend. Ein kleines Event und der Geschmack..... eigentlich mag ich Ente nicht so gerne. Aber die Teilung in Vorspeise und Hauptgang ließ selbst mich schwärmen. Wirklich zu empfehlen auch wenn es etwas Zeit in Anspruch nimmt.
