Durch "Mundpropaganda" zum etwas Abseits des Ortes Harburg liegenden Kratzhof gelangt. Landschaftlich schön gelegen mit Blick auf die Harburg und auch für Wanderer und Fahrradtouren gut geeignet. Eigene Parkmöglichkeiten, selbst für Reisebusse, sind ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr freundliche Wirtsleute und sehr gute, bodenständige Küche zu sehr attraktiven Preisen. Für die Sommermonate sollte man sich den Biergarten merken. Die Räumlichkeiten bieten verschiedene Möglichkeiten für größere Gruppen und einen extra Saal im 1. Obergeschoss. Das Wirtshaus ist an den Wochenenden (Freitag bis Sonntag) geöffnet - steht aber Gruppen auch unter der Woche nach vorheriger Vereinbarung zur Verfügung.

Das Essen ist sehr gut, hatte ein Cordon Bleu mit Bratkartoffeln zum Nachtisch gab es ein Herbstliches Nachtisch, Vanilleeis mit Kürbiskernöl. Übern Wirtshaus gibt es ein Tagungssaal, Platz für gut 70 Personen. Ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, somit ein geeigneter Ort um sich auf das Wesentliche zu Konzentrieren.
