Das Fleisch war unglaublich zart und saftig. Jede Garbel war ein Genuss und die Beilagen ergänzten das Gericht perfekt.Nachspeise: Zum Abschluss unseres Menüs genossen wir den Kirschkuss, der mit Herzkirschen, Macarponeschaum und Joghurteis serviert wurde. Die süßen Herzkirschen harmonierten hervorragend mit dem cremigen Mascarponeschaum und dem erfrischenden Joghurteis. Ein perfekter Abschluss für ein exquisites Menü!
