Nach einer schönen, ca. 1-stündigen Wanderung von Eisleben, entlang vieler Pflaumenbäume und Wildkirschen, wurden wir im sehr gut besuchten Unterrißdorfer Winzergarten herzlich vom Winzer begrüßt und haben verschiedene Weine, mit einem Käseteller zur Stärkung, verkostet. Bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen punktete besonders der gekühlte Rosé. Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.

Man schaut dort, wo einst Luther vom Bibelübersetzen sich erholte, auf den Bach. Leckerer Wein und einfach nur idyllisch. Man kann von Eisleben aus hinwandern oder per Fahrrad kommen. Der Ausblick ist unvergleichbar.

Ich bin begeistert eine so schöne Besenwirtschaft in der Nähe zu haben.Von Oberrissdorf aus läuft man durch das Fressbachtal ca. 40 Minuten und kann nach der Wanderung den köstlichen Wein in herrlicher Umgebung genießen. Danke dem freundlichen Winzerpaar.😊 Es ist wieder ein Ausflugsziel zwischen Unterrißdorf, Oberrissdorf und Eisleben, so wie es bis in die 50 ziger Jahre die Bergschänke war.
