Äußerlich macht das Hotel nicht soviel her. Aber der Schein trügt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, überhaupt das ganze Ambiente ist sehr ansprechend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Mit der Straßenbahn ist die Innenstadt ruckzuck zu erreichen. Der Besuch hat sich jedenfalls gelohnt. Wir kommen gerne wieder 👍.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben hier. Der Service/ das Servicepersonal ist überragend, super freundlich und professionell. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Wenn man den Stil mag - wir tun das - dann ist das eine Top-Adresse in Erfurt. Einzig kleines Manko: Die Vorhänge machen nachts nicht wirklich dunkel.

Bisher immer sehr zufrieden gewesen. Die Zimmer finde ich angenehm eingerichtet. Es war bisher wirklich immer alles sehr sauber und auf den Betten ließ es sich gut schlafen. Lediglich an einem Abend hatte ich etwas Pech mit der Tiefgarage und habe hier leider keinen Parkplatz mehr bekommen. Ist bei der Anzahl meiner Übernachtungen aber zu verschmerzen. Normalerweise war immer ein Parkplatz frei. Allerdings finde ich es sehr schade, dass es keine kostenlose Straßenbahnkarte mehr gibt. Normalerweise war man mit der Straßenbahn recht schnell am Anger oder auch am Domplatz.
