Quelle: GoogleSeit langem gehört das Vetro zu meinen Lieblingsrestaurants. Heute war ich wieder dort und bin noch begeisterter als sonst. Seit der neue Küchenchef da ist, hat sich das Vetro noch einmal selbst übertroffen. Ob das Hähnchen in Tempura mit Mango-Chutney oder die Tagliatelle mit Lachs in einer Tomaten-Sahne-Soße, die ich fast jedes Mal bestelle – heute haben mich diese Gerichte erneut beeindruckt. Besonders hervorgetan haben sich heute jedoch die Pfifferling-Creme-Suppe und das Hähnchen in gebratenem Gemüse mit Kartoffelstampf. Selbst nachdem ich satt war, konnte ich nicht genug von der Soße bekommen. Insgesamt war das Essen unschlagbar. Wie immer war das Ambiente sehr angenehm und der Service überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden definitiv in ein paar Wochen wiederkommen, um das Fleisch aus dem Dry Ager zu probieren.
