Hier mal wieder eine wirklich komplett gute Gesamtperformance. Das Lokal selbst befindet sich in guter Lage mit Blick über das Wasser. Die Aussenterrasse ist mit Glaselementen windgeschützt. Das Personal ist sehr höflich, aufmerksam und schnell aber unauffällig. Die Auswahl der maritim angelehnten Gerichte ist auf eine kleine aber ausreichende Menge zusammengestellt. Die Gerichte werden allesamt frisch und mit möglichst hohem Anteil an regionalen Zutaten zubereitet. Immer wieder überraschen pfiffige Kombinationen aus Süsse Säure und Würze. Zwar eher hochpreisig aber für das geleistete akzeptabel.

Unsere Premiere im VeLue - der erste Eindruck zählt. Es war mega gut. Wir saßen oben mit Blick auf die KW Brücke - sehr klasse. Vorspeise: Roastbeef 😋 Hauptgang: Braten vom Wagyu 😋 Nachspeise: Cremé Brûlée 😋 Insgesamt 😋😋😋 von 😋😋😋 für das Essen. Auf der Speisekarte findet man Hinweise auf einige lokale Lieferanten (Bauernhof Weerda für Fleisch, Fisch Kalter für Fisch, Meyenburg für Nüsse und Knabbersachen, Fleischerei Schlimgen für Wurstspezialitäten). Das ist top. Service sehr nett, teilweise mit bekannten und sehr bekannten Gesichtern 👋. Macht weiter so👍 Marcus
