Freundlicher Empfang und durchgehende Küche. So gab es um 14:30 h drei unterschiedliche Gerichte gleichzeitig serviert. Alles schmeckte vorzüglich bei akzeptablen Preisen. Die Zusammenstellung der Speisekarte hat sehr gefallen.

An der Ecke leuchtet noch das Neonschild des Vorgängers Böfflamott, aber die Erinnerung an diese Teltower Institution wird Velas Restaurant bald verblassen lassen. Deutsche Küche, von einem Team aus Sri Lanka hergestellt (aber auch schon in mindestens 2. Generation), klingt erstmal eigenartig, ist es aber nicht! Leckeres Essen, große Portionen, sehr freundliche, aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung. Und das, obwohl das Restaurant bis auf den letzten Platz voll war. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass wir mit etwas Wartezeit rechnen müssen, das fanden wir gut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
