Da die Kaffeemaschine keinen guten Schaum für einen Cappuccino machte, fragte ich nach einem neuen Kaffee. Da dieser wieder kein Cappuccino wurde, wurde mir ohne Nachfrage das Geld refundiert und ein Banana Bread angeboten! Sehr nette Geste! Danke!

Dieser begann sich durch den heißen Kaffee zu verformen. Wenn man schon auf der Umweltverträglichkeitsschiene fährt, sollte man evt die Utensilien auch darauf prüfen. Der Kaffee hätte mir in einer normalen Tasse oder einem qualitativ besseren Behältnis geschmeckt.
