Wir waren am Samstag mit 10 Personen dort. Wir hatten im November reserviert, was aber versehentlich seitens der Trattoria vergessen wurde. Der Inhaber hat es aber trotzdem möglich gemacht das wir dort essen konnten. Herzlichen Dank nochmals. Es war perfekt. Alle Speisen, das Personal etc. waren einzigartig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es nur empfehlen sich hier kulinarisch verwöhnen zu lassen.
Quelle: GoogleWar heute Abend mit zwei Freundinnen in diesem Lokal essen. Zuerst war alles in Ordnung. Die Bedienung nett, das Essen lecker. Ich hatte noch ein Getränk bestellt, was aber dann lange nicht kam. Na hab ich gedacht: vergessen. Nicht schlimm. Wollten dann bezahlen . Jemand kam mit dem Bon. Wir wollten aber gtrennt zahlen. Nun wurde es unfreundlich. Der Bon könne nicht storniert werden. Einer solle mit Karte zahlen und dann können wir es uns ja untereinander wieder aufteilen. Und dann musste ich das Getränk bezahlen, dass ich garnicht bekommen hatte. Weil, ich hätte es ja noch irgendwann bekommen. Ausserdem steht er ja jetzt auf dem Bon und man ahnt es: er kann ja nicht mehr storniert werden. Es wurde garnicht versucht eine Lösung zufinden. Service ist anders.
