Ein typisches Italien Erlebnis. Auf jedenfall einen Stop wert. Service super freundlich. Die Inhaber sind immer mit dabei. Man sitzt im Sommer vor der Tür am Platz und kann das Dolce Vita genießen. Essen und alles was dazu gehört passt. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank

Fährt man von Riva Richtung Tenno kommt man kurz nach der Cascata Varone durch das kleine Dorf Cologna, wo es sich lohnt einen Stop einzulegen. Man befindet sich sozusagen im Epizentrum der Heimat des Carne Sala ( Salzfleisch) und der Strangola Preti (Spinatknödelchen)! Für uns beides absolute Highlights aus der Region. Sehr bekannt ist hier das Pie di Castello, ein alteingesessenes, uriges, sehr rustikales und einfaches Restaurant, das sich voll auf diese Speisen spezialisiert hat. Lohnt sich!
