Sehr feiner Pop-Up im Hotel Edelweiss mit Sharing-Menü.Es gab 10 Gänge und obwohl wir alle gerne Fleisch essen, haben uns die vegetarischen Kreationen mehr als überzeugt.Es war der letzte Abend dieser Saison und wir hatten dennoch aufmerksamstes Personal und Spitzenbetreuung.Wir sind jedenfalls neugierig genug geworden, das "Mutterhaus in Wien" bzw. das "flagship" wie sie es bezeichnen, zu besuchen.

TIAN - ein gaumenschmaus für jeden vegetarier und veganer! Aber genauso auch für fleischtiger und flexitarier - hier kommt bestimmt jeder auf seine kosten! Das sharing konzept erschafft die möglichkeit unglaublich viel verschiedenes zu kosten und sich überraschen zu lassen! Jedes Gericht ist ein genuss und die oft gegensätzlichen Zutaten harmonieren immer perfekt! Wir kommen sich wieder und lassen uns verwöhnen! Die Stube ist sehr gemütlich und das Ambiente einladend! Toll wäre wenn es zukünftig noch selbergemachte säfte oder limo mit regionalen Zutaten gibt, würde perfekt zu dem konzept passen!
