Vielen herzlichen und kulinarischen Dank für diese Erlebnisreise durch die klassische norddeutsche Küche. So viel handwerkliches Können und hervorragende Produkte wie zum Beispiel der Gang mit dem Hornhecht.. unfassbar köstlich. So perfekt zubereiteten Fisch dieser Art durfte ich zuletzt nur in Irland gegessen. Und das ist die wahre Kunst. Mit wenigen Zutaten die Hauptkomponenten sprechen zu lassen und das im Geiste von Oma Lisbeth. Sehr gelungen. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.
Quelle: GoogleThe Lisbeth hat uns voll und ganz überzeugt. Wir hatten das 6 Gänge Menü in einer pescetarischen Variante und waren überwältigt von den vielen Geschmäckern und Eindrücken. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service, den wir trotz einiger Extrawünsche so freundlich und zuvorkommend selten gesehen haben. Auch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit aufgrund eines Geburtstag war dabei. Für uns war der Besuch etwas sehr besonderes und wir werden gerne wieder kommen!
