Hervorragend: Beef Tartare, Brot und Bauernbutter, selbstgemachte Nudeln mit Steinpilzen, ein mit Kastanien gefüttertes Schwein auf wildem Brokoli und Filetspitzen von Rind und als Nachspeise selbst gemachtes Mouse mit Karamel und Ribisel. Nicht billig aber hervorragend.Besser als in allen Kapruner Touristen Abzocken.
