Spargel steht hier im Mittelpunkt. Wir hatten für das Buffet reserviert und wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Der Spargel war ausgezeichnet, es gab weißen und grünen Spargel. Zunge, Schnitzel und Zander in Panade sowie Spargelsuppe und Spargelsalat runden das Angebot. Dazu kann man sich wirklich sehr leckere Kartoffeln und Mischgemüse dazu nehmen. Das Buffet wird auch aufgefüllt, so dass es keinen Stress wegen der Schlange am Buffet gibt. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und können diesen Ort sehr empfehlen. Ein kleiner Laden lädt auch zum shoppen ein.

Das Essen war vorzüglich, frischer Spargel mit sehr zarter Zunge,besonders gut hat auch der Weißwein gemundet..😉 Alles reichlich und liebevoll zubereitet. Im Hofladen regionale Produkte zu angemessenen Preisen. Wir haben eingekauft und kommen wieder.
