Wir waren auf der Durchreise und durch Zufall runter von der Autobahn ins Kartoffelhaus (hatten keine Lust auf Fastfood). Das Essen war wirklich frisch und lecker . Das Schnitzel hätte für zwei gereicht :-) Meine Frau hatte den Kartoffelwrap der Teig war super fluffig und die Füllung sehr lecker.

Alles wird frisch und hausgemacht zubereitet, wie beispielsweise die Kartoffelpuffer, die noch von Hand geraspelt werden. Der Geschmack ist einfach genial. Absolut empfehlenswert! Im Gegensatz dazu greifen viele andere Restaurants auf vorgefertigt e Produkte aus dem Großhandel zurück, die geschmacklich einfach nicht mithalten können.

Und hierzu: Netter und freundlicher Empfang am Abend, der Service aufmerksam und schnell. Auch hier haben die Preise inflationsbedingt angezogen, dafür hat man dennoch immer noch ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Rahmschnitzel mit frischen Champignons hätte auch für zwei gereicht, gut, dass ich vorab keine Vorspeise gewählt hatte. Im Nachgang noch ein gemischtes Eis, auch diese Portion war verhältnismäßig groß. Summasummarum: Gutbürgerliche Küche mit auch regionalen Gerichten, leider überwiegend nur abends geöffnet. Ich komme gerne wieder.
