Das Restaurant Salvo befindet sich am Golfplatz im Traisa. Das Lokal ist schön eingerichtet und die Terrasse bietet den besten Blick für einen grossartigen Moment. Plácido, der Besitzer, bringt die Stimmung die Italien auszeichnet. Das Angebot an Essen und Getränken ist sehr gut und umfangreich.

Ich war eingeladen, ein herrlicher Platz, sogar etwas in der Sonne, wunderschöne Sicht nach draußen auf den Golfplatz. In der wärmeren Jahreszeit kann auch auf der großen Terrasse Platz genommen werden, auch zum Kaffeetrinken, Sonnenschirme vorhanden! Ich ghatte ein argentinischen Rumpsteak gegrillt, auf den Punkt gegart, hervorragender Geschmack, leckere Kartoffeln in Spalten sowie ein köstlicher Salat! Gerne wieder!

Viele tagesaktuelle Angebote werden dann - wie beim klassischen Italiener eben - einfach mündlich vorgetragen und man kann dann gemeinsam rausfinden, was es denn heute sein soll. Die Weine sind wirklich gut. Der Espresso natürlich auch 😀
