Wir hatten die Platte und sie lügt nicht wenn steht reichlich somit ist das Mittagessen für morgen auch gerettet . Zwei Anmerkungen das Steak war etwas zu durch aber jetzt auch nicht tot oder zu durch knapp am Medium vorbei und die Rippe eventuell etwas langer bei weniger Hitze garen .komme gerne öfter vorbei
