Ich war nun schon mehrfach im Rouladen-Bistro frühstücken und kann die positiven Bewertungen nur bestätigen. Freundliches Personal, schnelle und handwerklich einwandfreie Zubereitung der Speisen, großzügige Portionen und günstiger Preis. Was will man mehr?! Die zahlreichen Handwerker und Bauarbeiter kehren hier nicht ohne Grund regelmäßig morgens ein. Das Essen wird ansprechend angerichtet und die belegten Brötchen in der Auslage sehen wirklich super aus, hab ich aber bisher noch nicht probiert. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze, einen Hochstuhl für Kinder und etliche lokale (kostenlose) Tageszeitungen. Das Ambiente, nun ja, ich würde sagen eine Mischung aus rustikal und modern. Sicherlich nicht topmodern, aber das ist auch nicht der Anspruch bei dieser Art von Lokalität. Wenn eine Mitarbeiterin während des Frühstücks zwei Tische weiter Kartoffeln schält, finde ich das eher sympathisch und authentisch. Ich mag dieses Flair!
