Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, das Roman Bistro zu besuchen, und es war eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Die Burger waren unglaublich lecker, zubereitet mit hochwertigem Fleisch, das man sofort geschmeckt hat. Eine besondere Note verlieh dem Ganzen das selbstgemachte Apfel-Chutney, das hervorragend zu den Burgern passte.Die Besitzerin des Bistros war sehr freundlich und nett, was die Atmosphäre noch angenehmer machte. Das Bistro selbst ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und strahlt eine gemütliche und einladende Atmosphäre aus.Ich kann das Roman Bistro nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wer auf der Suche nach köstlichen Burgern und einem angenehmen Ambiente ist, wird hier definitiv nicht enttäuscht!

Der Service unfassbar nett und auf zack, dann die Burger ein absoluter Hochgenuss, selten soo tolle und leckere Burger (mit besonders gut harmonierenden Kombis wie etwa mit dem Camembert und dem Chutney) und sogar die Himbeer-Limo war ganz besonders lecker. Eine klare Empfehlung - wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Ausflug ins Burgenland :-)
