Das erste Mal im Restaurant mit Teilen der Familie. Der Chef bediente uns sehr engagiert persönlich. Ich startete das Diner mit der kräftigen Rindsbouillon, und sie war tatsächlich kräftig voll und rund, besser konnte ich nicht starten. Und für mich essentiell: Eine Suppe sollte für mich immer "extrem" heiß serviert werden - sonst lasse ich sie schon mal "gnadenlos" zurückgehen. Hier kam sie wahrlich fast noch köchelnd zu mir. Von denen, die hier schon oft aßen, wurde der Flammkuchen mit reichlich Südtiroler Speck wärmstens empfohlen. Der ist auch ein ganz großes Glück, wenn Falk ihn heiß auf dem Brett serviert. Der Flammkuchen 'tradizionale', die Spezialität des Hauses. Ich, in meinem 9. Lebensjahrzehnt, hab wahrlich so einen perfekten Flammkuchen bislang nicht gekannt
