Besonders möchte ich die freundliche Dame hervorheben, die uns bedient hat – sie war überaus aufmerksam und ist stets auf all unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Kross und doch saftig, die Sauce schön fruchtig und nicht sauer. Mild gesalzen, so dass man nicht eine Flasche Wasser hinterher kippen muss. Ich muss gestehen das war mit Abstand die Beste Pizza die ich je bei einem Italiener gegessen habe. Ohne viel Chi Chi. Einfach und ehrlich zubereitet. So muss eine Pizza aussehen und vor allem schmecken. Wir freuen uns schon darauf vor Ort die verschiedenen Gerichte zu testen. Beste Grüße an den Chefkoch
