Wir waren gestern zum ersten Mal mit der Familie im Sul Monte essen. Das Ambiente war sehr einladend und der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich habe mich für die Tintenfische entschieden – geschmacklich wirklich hervorragend und schön angerichtet! Bei der Auswahl der Beilagen habe ich mich allerdings etwas schwergetan, da ich kein Grillgemüse mag und die Alternativen recht begrenzt waren. Letztlich habe ich mich für Salat und Pizzabrot entschieden – beides war frisch und lecker. Pommes wären laut Karte eine Option gewesen, waren jedoch leider nicht verfügbar – darüber hätte ich mich gefreut. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Beim Salat mit Öl & Essig war das Dressing etwas knapp bemessen – ein wenig mehr davon würde das Ganze abrunden. Insgesamt ist die Speisekarte zwar klein, aber dafür sehr fein zusammengestellt. Man merkt, dass hier mit Liebe und Qualität gearbeitet wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder und sind gespannt, wie sich das Restaurant weiterentwickelt!
