Wir waren zu zweit in dieser Woche essen und können nur sagen, dass sowohl das Essen als auch der Service top waren. Die Servicekräfte waren sehr freundlich zuvorkommend, was man heute selten sieht. Den Italiener können wir auf jeden Fall weiterhin empfehlen. Viele Grüße Jürgen K.
Quelle: GoogleWir bestellen eigentlich regelmäßig und sind meistens sehr zufrieden. Wenn man rechtzeitig anruft und etwas Zeit einplant, passt die Lieferzeit immer. Es könnte manchmal etwas mehr Käse auf der Pizza sein und diese auch etwas wärmer, aber das passiert überall mal, wenn man liefern lässt. Letztes Mal war etwas nicht ganz ok und nach meiner Email kam am nächsten Tag sofort eine sehr freundliche und professionelle Antwort der Chefin. Es wurde sofort eine Lösung gefunden und wir waren wieder glücklich. So muss es sein und wir werden weiterhin fleißig bestellen! Fehler passieren und da muss man nicht sofort beim ersten Mal negative Bewertungen abgeben! Lieber nochmal eine zweite Chance geben und reden...das hilft meistens 😉 Stammkunden sind und bleiben wir!
