Ausgezeichnetes Essen in tollem Ambiente - auch für Veganer! Wir haben in Chemnitz lange nach einem solchen Ort gesucht. Es war für jeden etwas dabei und wir haben unser Essen sehr genossen und uns dabei wunderbar unterhalten. Die Qualität war hervorragend und seinen Preis wert. Alles wird selbstgemacht, das „Rauchgerät“ steht im Eingangsbereich. Ein erfreulich aufmerksamer Service - obwohl es keine „offenen“ Weine gibt, wurde das ermöglicht. Hier nimmt man sich Zeit für die Wünsche der Gäste. Weiter so!

Viel gibt es eigentlich nicht zu sagen, außer: erstklassig. 👏🏼 RESTAURANT 🍴 Villa Esche - die Genussmanufaktur in Chemnitz. Kulinarische Köstlichkeiten, leckere Weine und Kochkurse. 🍽️ Nobles edles Restaurant im Fine Dining Bereich. Wunderschöne Atmosphäre in ruhiger grüner Umgebung, in der Jugendstilvilla am Rande des des Stadtparks. Das Team kocht auf sehr hohem Niveau, mit Liebe zum Detail, sowohl klassische Gerichte und Hausmannskost wie auch eine zeitgemäße Offenheit für internationale Küchen. Der Service ist höflich, sympathisch, nett und zuvorkommend sowie hilfsbereit bei der Erklärung. Wöchentlich wechselnde kostengünstige Mittagskarte, sowie immer wieder wechselnde Menüs. Auch die klassische Karte lässt nichts vermissen, und bewegt sich in diesem Gastrobereich preislich auf einem sehr guten Niveau bezüglich Preis-/Leistung. Zum Essen kann ich nur sagen: Ausgezeichnet.
