Die Qualität ist besser denn je Dank neuem Küchenchef und neuer Karte. Zwar gehen immer mehr Mövenpick-typische Speisen (Schweizer Küche) verloren, aber das Niveau ist absolut top! Tartar nach frabzösicher Art mit Entenleber und Wachtelei. Die Cremesuppe mit Apfel und Kaviar mit Jacobsmuschel waren ein Traum. Geschmacklich und optisch kann man das nicht besser zubereiten. Herr Weise und das Team sind die Seele des Trollinger Restaurants. Der Service und die Qualität sind top! Wer Kinder hat, ist in diesem Restaurant ebenfalls herzlich willkommen. Wiener Schnitzel vom Kalb und Fischstäbchen mit Erbsenpüree werden derart lecker zubereitet, dass die Kleinen schnell zu Stammgästen werden. Das Ambiente ist sehr kühl, kann nicht an die Zeiten anknüpfen, als das Mövenpick noch auf der anderen Seite der Strasse war. Hier wäre dringend ein fähiger Innenarchitekt gefordert. Dennoch: Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder und sagen vielen Dank.
