Das Weihnachtsmenue ein kulinarisches Fest: in Katayfifäden gebackener Kaisergranat : knusprig und saftig , mit intensivem Fond und zitronig frischem Olivensorbet, schlichtes kleines Risotto auf einem fantastischen Teller, butterige Seezunge mit traumhaften Bergamottegeleewürfeln, Hirschkalb mit großzügiger Trüffelbelegung und zarter Entenleber, Dessert im Stil einer Italo-Schwarzwälder-Kirschkreation ohne die üblichen Sahneexzesse. Wir haben schon in 3* Restaurants schlechter aber erheblich teurer diniert, elegant lockeres Ambiente und perfekter Service tragen zur Beglückung bei. Bravissimo!

Zudem trotzdem noch locker genug, damit das Essen auch Spaß macht. Genau so muss es sein. Toll auch die süße Abschlusskreation (Pralinen)! 🫶 Insgesamt absolut den Stern gerechtfertigt. Ohne wenn und aber. Bravo!
