Essen auf sehr hohem Niveau mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Eibsee! Frische, regionale und hochwertige Produkte. Exklusiv für Hotelgäste. Sonntags und Montags geschlossen. Reservierung ist empfehlenswert.

Ich bin am 14.4.13 nach einem langen Skitag auf der zugspitze und anschließender Wanderung um den Eibsee im Hotelrestaurant eingekehrt. Da es anscheinend Zwischensaison (das zugehörige aber separate Resaturant am See war noch geschlossen) und es bereits nach 19Uhr war, waren nur wenige andere Gäste da. Ich bestellte das Menü mit Vorspeise, Salat, Hauptgericht und Nachspeise - jedoch ohne Suppe zu knapp 30Euro. Die Vorspeisen wurden als Buffet in kleinen Gläsern zur Selbstbedienung angeboten. Es gab optisch und geschmacklich sehr ansprechende Kombinationen (Beispiel: Lachs-tartar in Mangosouce). Ich konnte mir mehrmals nehmen. Als Hauptspeise gab es vier verschiedene Alternativen. Ich wählte Fisch mit Linsen (siehe Bild) und war von der Kombination, Optik und dem Geschmack begeistert. Als krönenden Abschluß durfte ich mir ebenfalls als Buffet angebotenen Nachspeisen wieder wählen. Insgesamt ein sehr, sehr gutes Angebot!
