Wir haben uns heute entschieden, vor der Vorstellung im Konzerthaus, etwas zu Essen. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt . Das Essen war sehr lecker und frisch. Service war schnell und sehr aufmerksam. Wir kommen wieder.

Das Bistro ist an der Seite des Konzerthauses. Wir hatten reserviert und obwohl die Zweier-Tische recht eng stehen hatten wir genug Platz. Der Empfang durch den Service war freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Sowohl der Skrei mit Vanille-Selleriepüree und perfekt zubereiteten Möhrchen, als auch die Ente mit Süsskartoffelpüree und Rotweinsauce waren sehr fein. Aromatisch und perfekt zubereitet. Das Dessert, Walnussparfait mit Baumkuchen und Früchten (für uns groß genug zum teilen) war sehr lecker und ein schöner Abschluss. Alle Gerichte waren optisch sehr schön angerichtet. Ein wunderbarer Vorlauf zum folgenden Konzert.

Nach unserem Konzertabend in Dortmund sind wir beim Stravinsky eingekehrt. Vorher zu reservieren, empfiehlt sich! Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Speisekarten wurden überreicht und auf das Special des Abends hingewiesen. Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichte und Desserts waren einfach Spitze!!! Weil wir so begeistert waren, hab ich das Dessert fotografiert!!! Wir waren zum wiederholten Male dort und es tut immer wieder gut, Speisen UND zuvorkommende Bedingung anzutreffen. Freundlichkeit UND Qualität! Dieses Niveau findet man selten! Herzlichen Dank für den feinen Abend im Stravinsky !!!
