Wir waren jetzt das 2. mal hier und haben uns wie im letzten Jahr auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen wird aus frischen Zutaten mit Liebe zubereitet und angerichtet. Es schmeckt sehr lecker. Die Portionen sind angemessen und das Preisniveau ist auch OK. Das Personal ist auch sehr nett. Wir haben nix zu beanstanden. Wer auf Masse statt Klasse steht, der ist hier definitiv falsch. Hier wird schon mehr auf Klasse, also qualitativ hochwertige Zutaten und entsprechend frische Zubereitung geachtet. Ein tolles Restaurant mit guter Küche. Echt empfehlenswert. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf nächstes Jahr und bedanken uns für den tollen Abend.
Quelle: GoogleWir sind eigentlich nur zufällig heute Abend im Sofra gelandet, schon etwas später gegen 20:30Uhr, nachdem wir schon mehrere Restaurants in Bad Zwischenahn nach Besichtigung nicht besucht haben. Das war wohl unser Glück🤩! Wirklich einfach hervorragendes Essen, gemütliche Einrichtung, sehr freundliche unaufdringliche Bedienung, alles sehr sauber. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier. Wir sind nur zum Kurzurlaub hier, werden aber nochmal hingehen. Dieses Restaurant hätten wir in unserem Heimatort auch gern.

Die Speisekarte ist wohl bewusst klein gehalten worden, denn dadurch wird höchste Qualität der Lebensmittel gewährleistet. Die Vorspeise und das Hauptgericht wurden liebevoll hergerichtet und wurden nicht von Öl und Soßen ertränkt! Als Gruß von der Küche gab es vorab einen Salat und und am Ende noch eine leckere Nachspeise! Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Abend mit sehr gutem Essen und freundlichem Personal! Dankeschön!!
