Wir trafen heute bei unserem ersten Besuch im Restaurant Salento auf ein super freundliches Service-Team, einen bestens gelaunten Chef - und auf richtig tolles Essen! Ich hatte Saltimbocca alla romana und habe mir dazu noch einen Insalata mista bestellt & es hat alles ganz hervorragend geschmeckt! Auch das Auge - das ja bekanntlich mitisst - war begeistert! Meinem Sohn habe ich dann noch eine Pizza mit nach Hause gebracht, denn er kannte das Salento schon und als ich ihm erzählte, dass ich heute dort zu Abend essen werde, hatte ich von ihm sofort seinen Auftrag für die Bestellung der leckeren Pizza erhalten.Zum Abschluss bekamen wir noch einen Grappa/Limoncello aufs Haus.Das war heute ein schöner Wohlfühlabend - sehr gerne komme ich wieder hierher!

Wir gehen schon seit Jahren hier essen und haben ihm letztens ein Video gezeigt und gefragt, ob er sowas auch zaubern könne...was sollen wir sagen, er hat die Herausforderung angenommen und unsere Erwartung mehr als übertroffen!
