Quelle: GoogleOh Mann, hat schon jemand mal wegen Essen Tränen in den Augen gehabt, weil es so toll war? Wir waren zum Valentinstag zu zweit dort. Das Menü bestand aus 4 Gängen. In jedem Gang waren Dinge die ich eigentlich gar nicht esse. Aber die Kombination der Inhalte waren phantastisch. Das Tatar auf einem Rösti mit Oliven war schon ein toller Anfang, ein weiteres Highlight war die Kokos-Limettengras Suppe, der Hauptgang mit Beef und karamelisierten Möhren war auch super aber am Ende, nach dem Motto das Beste kommt zum Schluss gab es Tonkabohnenmus mit weisser Schokolade überdeckt und Cassis Soße . Der saure Geschmack der Cassis Soße und das Süße der weißen Schokolade und der Geschmack des Tonkabohnenmus hat mir fast Tränen in die Augen getrieben, so toll war es. Wer hat schon mal wegen tollem Geschmack nahezu geweint. Es war Super und sicher nicht das letzte Mal.
