Das Restaurant ist hell und super modern eingerichtet. Die Kellner waren unheimlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Essenstechnisch hat die Stadt Suhl schon lange genau so ein Restaurant gebraucht. Wenn man Mal etwas exquisites essen möchte, ist man hier genau richtig. Wir hatten unteranderem hausgebeizten Lachs, Wolfsbarsch mit Spinatrisotto und bulgarischen Salat. Jedes Gericht war liebevoll abgerichtet und hat wahnsinnig gut geschmeckt. Trotz der Lage gegenüber des Bahnhofs hat man nichts von Zügen oder der Straße gehört. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Für den gemeinen Essengeher in Suhl gibt es trotzdem Schnitzel oder Rouladen auf der Karte, meine Angst 🤪
