Hatte das Wilderergulasch bestellt und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Das war so super lecker 😋. Das Fleisch wurde vom Chef des Hauses persönlich gewildert und von der Küche hervorragend zubereitet. Auch alle anderen Speisen in der Traube sind von bester Qualität und aus der hauseigenen Metzgerei, die auch sehr empfehlenswert ist. Der Service war schnell und sehr freundlich, obwohl ziemlich viel los war. Kommen gerne wieder.
