Wir waren an einem Samstagnachmittag nach einer Radtour zufällig in dieses Restaurant eingekehrt...und haben es nicht bereut! Wir hatten Glück, denn die Gaststätte war fast bis auf den letzten Platz ausgebucht. Auffallend die ungezwungene fast südländische Atmosphäre und die äusserst freundliche Bedienung. Das Steak de Cheval war ein Genuss ganz zu schweigen von der hausgemachten "Crema catalana" zum Dessert. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir natürlich die Fisch-und Krustentierplatte probieren.

Idealer Rahmen für unser Jahresabschlussessen gestern Abend (4 Personen) mit freundlicher und großzügiger Küche (die Fotos sprechen für sich). Ein Bonuspunkt für den sehr freundlichen und professionellen Kellner. Die Chefin kündigte auch ihre neue Speisekarte ab Januar 2025 an: zweifellos vielversprechend in Geschmack und Geschmack: die wesentlichen Zutaten für den Wissensaustausch und die kulinarische Leidenschaft. Ps. Burgund Chorey-les-Beaune sehr zu empfehlen!Cadre idéal pour notre souper de fin d'année d'hier soir (4pers.)avec une cuisine conviviale et généreuse ( les photos parlent d'elle-même). Un point bonus pour le serveur très sympathique et professionnel. La patronne nous a aussi annoncé sa nouvelle carte à partir de janvier 2025 : à ne pas en douter très prometteuse en goûts et saveurs : soit les ingrédients essentiels du partage du savoir et de la passion culinaire. Ps. Le Bourgogne Chorey-les-Beaune fortement recommandé!
