Absoluter Geheimtipp! Essen ist auf den Punkt gemacht. Bei meinem Cordon Bleu war das Fleisch saftig und die Panade knusprig. Das gelingt nur wenn das Fleisch vorher leicht mit Wasser benetzt wird, das Mehl griffig ist und die Panade schmiegsam am Fleisch haftet. Nur dann, wirft das Schnitzel Blasen. Perfekt gemacht! Service ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen lieben Dank! Alles top!
Quelle: GoogleEine richtig schöne Hütte unterhalb der Nockspitzbahn, mit einem Ambiente das voll dazu passt.Wir hatten uns nach einem kurzem Spaziergang mit unserem Wauzi entschlossen dort einzukehren und wurden über ein hohes Maß höflich und freundlich aufgenommen. Nach einem Getränk haben wir uns auch was zum Essen bestellt, und nach einer kurzen Wartezeit gab es regionale Köstlichkeiten, die mit Liebe gemacht wurden. Es hat sich überaus gelohnt.Ein besonderer Dank gilt auch der netten Dame, die mir erklärt hat was ein Gugelhupf ist. 😉Danke für alles und macht weiter so...Bis bald
