Sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre, wir saßen direkt am Kamin, der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und auch mal für einen Spaß zu haben. Das Essen sowie die Weinbegleitung waren hervorragend! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ungeeignet für die breite Masse! Carsten Rettschlag kann kochen und er gehört zu den Besten seines Berufsstands. Da er sich fast den ganzen Tag um Herd und Einkauf und Produktqualität kümmert, schmeckt man das. Klassische französische Küche, die fast keine Wünsche offen lässt ( ich träume leider vergeblich noch immer vom klassischen Käsewagen😊). Ich bin begeistert. Was Herr Rettschlag mit seinem kleinen Team bietet, ist beeindruckend. Andere Feinschmecker pilgern zu den Tempeln der Kochstars, die man aus TV und Klatsch-Medien kennt, um sich dort eine Autogramm Karte abzuholen, vom Chef, der die Küche kaum sieht. Feinschmecker können aber wählen. Für mich ist das Juliette in Potsdam alternativlos!
