Katharina „.Wo soll ich anfangen... Um es kurz zu sagen, die Speisen, die Räumlichkeiten und das Personal waren perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt und es wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Die Speisen waren sehr gut angerichtet, kreativ und von höchster Qualität. Wenn man sich in den Essenssaal setzt hat man das Gefühl in eine andere Welt einzutauchen, es ist alles sehr luxuriös und Geschmacksvoll gestaltet, so wie der Rest des Hotels. Das Personal ist einfach nur Spitze!!! Herzliche Menschen, die ziemlich aufmerksam sind, aber nicht aufdringlich. Ich möchte wirklich ein großes Lob aussprechen für die Professionalität des Personals und den Services des Hauses. Der Besuch war jeden Cent wert und wir kommen gerne wieder. MHerzlichen Dank an das Restaurantpersonal. Meine spezielle Reservierungsanfrage wurde kompetent und unkompliziert entgegnet. Das Essen, die vorab georderte Torte und das Servicepersonal waren exzellent! Zuvorkommend, freundlich und aufmerksam. Alles wie man es sicht wünscht. Die Räumlichkeiten Restaurant, Bar und Lounge entsprechen allen Erwartungen an einem 5-Sterne Haus und darüber hinaus. Beste Grüße
