Alles ganz ausgezeichnet! Wir haben den Abend sehr genossen. Das beginnt beim Ambiente geht über den unglaublich freundlichen Service bis zum phantastischen Essen und bis zur Weinempfehlung. Ein ganz besonderes Restaurant in Garmisch.

Dieses Restaurant bietet nichts Besonderes. Dies im Sinne von kein Chichi, kein gewollter Exotenkram. Aber das „nichts Besondere“ kocht die Herrin des Hauses in einer Art, wie wir es noch nicht erlebt haben. Ob es die Trüffel Nudeln waren - zig Mal wo bestellt und noch niemals so ausgewogen von Geschmack und Konsistenz bekommen- oder das Filet mit dieser einmaligen Pfeffersauce. Oder die Hollandaise zum Spargel. Wahnsinn! Ambiente wunderschön. Sehr wertig eingedeckt. Der Service war herausragend. Fließend, persönlich und witzig und professionell. Besser geht’s nicht! Danke für den schönen Abend.
