Wir sind spontan in das Restaurant Heerwiese zum Fisch-Buffet gegangen und wurden sehr angenehm und positiv überrascht. Anders als bei einem normalen Buffet erwartet wurden die Hauptspeisen frisch auf Bestellung zubereitet und serviert. Man selbst bedient sich dann am vielseitigem Buffet an warmen und kalten Beilagen. Auch der Nachtisch war sehr lecker und rundete ein gelungenes Essen ab.

Super ausgesuchte Weine! Waren im Rahmen eines 40 ten Geburtstag eingeladen. Serviceteam Mega kompetent und qualifiziert! Aufmerksam und immer präsent und nie aufdringlich! Die Handschrift vom Chef , der weiß wie man Mitarbeiter führt und begeistert. Vorspeisen Suppe, Amuse Gueule und Hauptspeise und Dessert eine Geschmacksexplosion… und nein ich kannte den Chef vorher nicht… die Rezension ist nicht gekauft , dort werde ich auch noch mal meinen Geburtstag feiern!
