Es ist einfach ein Wahnsinn! Jeder Gang, jeder Teller ein wahres Erlebnis für Gaumen und Auge. So etwas haben wir in dieser Form noch nie erlebt.Definitiv mindestens eine vierte Haube von Gault Millau und 1-2 Sterne (falls Michelin es endlich auch in Tirol schafft)! Und was Falstaff mit seinen lächerlichen 87 Punkten will ist mir ein Rätsel.

Grandiose experience und für Veganer ein absoluter Traum! Das Essen ist mit unglaublich viel Liebe und Kreativität zubereitet und man merkt die Leidenschaft des Chefs durch das ganze Konzept. Nur noch eine Frage der Zeit bis der Stern da ist! ;)
