Es war einfach unglaublich. Vorspeise: beef tartar, nicht nur im Mund ausgezeichnet sondern auch optisch. Hauptspeise: Rinderfilet im Rauch, so unbeschreiblich zart und dazu alles so detailliert platziert. So ein zartes Steak bekommt man oft in renommierten Steaklokalen nicht. Nachspeise: Creme brûlée, der perfekte Abschluss eines perfekten Abends.
