Immer wieder ein Highlight!Der Aufenthalt startet mit einem super freundlichen Empfang, man wird top beraten, alle Wünsche werden erfüllt und das Essen ist einfach nur spitze! Vor allem die Desserts sind immer wieder zum Dahinschmelzen.Wir sehen uns bald wieder!
Quelle: GoogleWir hatten das große Menü und waren mehr als zufrieden.Die drei Hauben sind wohl verdient.Der Saibling mit Gelber Rübe war ein toller Vorspeisengang. Vor allem die Douglasienwipferl im Gericht waren ein Geschmackserlebnis.Auch die marinierten frittierten Kohlsprossen als Begleitung zur Ganslbrust im dritten Gang waren herausragend.Das Reh als Hauptgang war ausgezeichnet und sicherlich das beste Reh, welches ich bisher gegessen habe.Die anderen Gänge, der Überraschungszwischengang und das Grias Di und das Pfiat Di waren ebenfalls wundervoll.Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Abend mit vielen Geschmackserlebnissen und beim nächsten Mal probieren wir gerne die A la Carte Gerichte, welche ebenfalls vorzüglich aussahen.Wir kommen sicher wieder.
