Was für ein Glück, dass wir unsere Idee, das Abendessen an diesem Tag ausfallen zu lassen, nicht umgesetzt haben! Wir hatten eine Unterkunft in der Nähe und haben bei Google Maps nach einem Restaurant gesucht, was und zum Coq d'Or führte.Bei sehr freundlichem Service wurde uns ein hervorragendes Abendessen serviert, darunter ein "Filet de cheval" - ja, das heißt "Filet vom Pferd". Ein perfektes Stück Fleisch, roh auf dem heißen Stein präsentiert, so dass man sich die Garstufe selbst basteln konnte. Ich habe als überzeugter Fleischfresser selten ein so gutes Stück Filet auf den Teller (bzw. Stein) gehabt. Auch Vorspeise und Dessert konnten überzeugen.
