Wir waren zu dritt zu einem frühen Dinner zum ersten Mal im Château Royal und wurden sehr positiv überrascht. Das Ambiente, der Service, das Essen, die Drinks - sehr gut! Die Speisekarte bietet eine kleine Auswahl Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte, an der Bar kann man auch Kleinigkeiten bestellen. Wir hatten als Vorspeise den Oktopus Spieß und das Hausbrot mit Butter, als Hauptgericht das Onglet mit einem grünen Salat als Beilage. Das Onglet war für unseren Geschmack perfekt gebraten, zart, rosarot - so muss es sein. Der Aperitif von der Bar und auch die Weinbegleitung waren solide. Last but not least sind noch die Desserts zu erwähnen - frisch gebackene Madlaine, Fudge, gefrorener Rahm mit Salzkaramell rundeten das Essen perfekt ab. Ganz klare Empfehlung - wir kommen wieder!
