Wir haben unseren letzten Urlaubs-Abend im Manne Pahl verbracht und natürlich das Schnitzel gegessen. Der Chef persönlich hat uns bedient und alles war sehr unkompliziert, humorvoll, sympathisch, würde ich sagen. Wir wollten uns einen Salat zur Vorspeise teilen, die Küche war so freundlich und hat uns die Portion direkt auf zwei Tellern serviert. Die berühmten Wiener Schnitzel sind wirklich Top. Wobei man natürlich anmerken könnte, dass im Manne Pahl das Verhältnis Fleisch zu Panierung wirklich auf die Spitze getrieben wird. Unter der extrem luftigen Panierung war das dünnste Stück Kalbsfleisch zu finden, das ich je gesehen hab ;-). Das ist keine Kritik, nur eine Anmerkung. Denn: Die Portion war insgesamt mehr als ausreichend, wir bekamen jeder vier Schnitzel, eine ordentliche Portion sehr guter Bratkartoffeln und einen super Gurkensalat. Das Ambiente im Lokal ist urig-gemütlich. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Einzig beim Pils und der Apfelschorle für je rund 9 Euro sind mir dann fast die Augen ausgefallen...
