Samstag Mittag waren wir hier nahezu allein die Bedienung war nett und professionell. Auch wenn es die Auszubildende war. Das Essen war aller erste Klasse dafür sind wir bereit gern auch etwas mehr zu bezahlen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Neuer Koch? Das war die erste Frage, die mich seit den hervorragenden Gerichten der Herbst-Karte beschäftigte. Verdacht bestätigt, zumindest seit meinem letzten Besuch im No.9. Die Karte ist ein wenig verändert, “traditionelle” Gerichte bleiben. Die Präsentation beim Servieren war super, man konnte die Zutaten förmlich in ihren eigenen Aromen nachvollziehen. Alles auf dem Teller war professionell arrangiert, und geschmacklich sehr natürlich sowie perfekt zubereitet.
